  • Why try breathwork?
    What if you could breakthrough years of stored emotions, heartbreak, disappointments & trauma without having to utter a single word? That's what breathwork does for you. It allows you to release all that shit that you've shoved down. . . waaaaaay down. . . because you didn't have time. . . tools. . . or permission to deal with it. I'm not saying that one breathwork session will rid you of all your baggage, but it's a start & one session will change your life, if you let it.
  • What are the benefits of breathwork?

  • Why does breathwork work?
    With this type of breathing (aka Conscious Circular Breathing, Psychedelic Breathing, Re-birthing), you breathe faster & deeper which increases the amount of O2 in your system & decreases the amount of CO2. To compensate, your body becomes more akaline. This causes certain areas of your brain to have more activity & other areas to have less. One of those areas experiencing less activity is the frontal cortex (aka the default mode network). The default mode network (aka the DMN) is the part of your brain that creates your mental constructs, your sense of self & your ego. When the DMN has less activity, the focused thinking part of your brain gets a rest & the ego can disappear. #finally And that's what allows you to breathe new energy into your life & live like the boss you are!
  • Why do you call it "Breakthrough Breathwork"?
    It's simple: because that's precisely what you will experience as a result. . . a breakthrough. Whatever has been holding you back from being the best version of yourself will present itself during breathwork so you can release it. You don't have to re-live it, talk through it, feel the agony of it. You get to break through it. . . shift the energy. . . & release it. Don't believe it?     What if you could find the answers to your most pressing questions within yourself? That's one of the many benefits of hypnosis. . . & my personal favorite. I love empowering people by teaching them how. . . & expecially what it feels like. . . to connect to their inner wisdom (aka higher self). We use the breath & guided meditations to relax the conscious mind so the "ego" can step aside.   • Why does hypnosis work?
    The deep relaxation and focusing exercises of hypnosis calm and subdue the conscious mind. In this state, you're still very much aware of what's going on around you, but your conscious mind takes a backseat to your subconscious mind. This allows you (& me) to work directly with your subconscious mind, where memories, traumas, dreams & beliefs are stored. In a hypnotic state, you are not puppeted by your "master", like some people fear. You have absolute free will. In fact, you're not really in a semi-sleep state. You are actually hyperattentive.
