This ain't your yoga teacher's breathwork. No offense to pranayama — it's amazing. But this? This just ain't it. This is something else.

the conscious connected breathing experience
I teach lots of breathing techniques but my absolute favorite is conscious connected breathing (CCB): inhale → inhale → exhale. Repeat. That's it.
Sounds simple because it is. But what happens in the body is another story.
When you breathe this way, all sorts of things happen but my favorite is that your nervous system wakes up. Your mind steps out of the way. Your body — which has been holding tension, emotion, sensation — finally gets the signal that it's safe to move
it. So it does. And with it, your nervous system gets to down-regulate, maybe for the first time in a very, very, v e r y long time.
What to expect: Some people feel it physically: tingling, heat, vibration, a fullness in their chest. Some feel the emotions they've been holding back (rage, sadness, joy — all are welcome). Some get downloads, clarity or just a profound sense that something shifted. Some breathe and feel nothing dramatic, but walk out lighter anyway. Feeling less anxious, maybe even deeply rested.
The experience: 45-90 minutes. Three phases: Activation → Discharge → Integration.
This is your nervous system's way of processing what life interrupted. So you can move what's stuck. Clear what's heavy. Feel what's true. This isn't just breathwork — it's a portal to your deepest, truest self.
That's why people come back. Not because they knew what they needed. But because something shifted.

Candy conducted a group session with me and two dear friends that resulted in clarity for each one of us! The process is simple, yet profound and impactful. Thank you Candy. You truly have a gift.

FAQs
frequently asked questions. Not every question you might have, but these are the ones I get asked most. Your question isn't here? Reach out and ask.
Circular breathing creates real physiological shifts. Your breathing pattern changes your nervous system. Continuous rhythmic breathing shifts your CO2/O2 balance, which affects blood flow and neural activity — especially in regions tied to emotion and memory. That shift allows your body to do what it's designed to do: process what's been stuck. You move it, release it, return to balance. Will you feel euphoria? Maybe. Will you get insight? Often. Is there speculative stuff about endogenous compounds? Sure. But the real magic is simpler: your nervous system finally finishes what life interrupted.
How does breathwork actually work?
Benefits are as unique as you, but can include: resetting your nervous system, easing pain, boosting your immune system, reducing inflammation, aiding digestion, stress relief, increased self awareness, releasing trauma & fear, improved emotional balance, improved self-awareness, deepening relationship to self & others, healing relationships, unlocking your purpose, connecting you to your higher self, and more.
What are the benefits of breathwork?
Can anyone do breathwork?
Yes, provided you don't have health issues that would preclude you have participating. See our Liability Waiver for details. If you’ve got medical concerns, check with your doc first, please and thank you.
Can I eat / drink before a breathwork session?
-
Food: Skip the buffet. A full belly = bad vibes. Give yourself 2+ hours to digest.
-
Drinks: Sip whatever, but easy on the caffeine (unless you wanna turbocharge your nervous system).
What should I wear? Think "comfy AF." Loose clothes > tight pants. Layers for the win.
How will I feel after breathwork? It depends. Could be zen as a monk or buzzing like a live wire. We’ll debrief so you don’t float away.
How will I feel after hypnosis? Again, it depends. Peaceful. Integrated. Grounded. Most feel deeply settled. Some feel energized or need extra time to integrate. All of it's normal.
Can anyone be hypnotized? That's up to you, really. Your thoughts (and fears) will directly impact your ability to be hypnotized. If you believe you can be, you probably will be. If you believe you can't or are afraid to be, your mind will prohibit it. Consider this BEFORE booking.
Corporate breathwork? Corporate hypnosis? Seriously? Uh, YES! Your team's drowning in stress. Custom sessions, tailored timing, actual results. Want to explore it? Book some time and let's talk specifics.
More questions? Let's chat. Reach out via the connect form or book some time to talk.
